Elisabeth 'Darby' Britt has over 25 years of experience in finance and the public sector. Her career began with service as a legislative aide in the Washington State Legislature and has included contributions to various non-profit boards and government commissions. She moved to Orcas Island full-time in 2021 and is the fifth generation of her family to live in the Pacific Northwest. She was appointed to the Fire Commissioner seat in July 2024.
