Emmanuel Digman

Emmanuel Digman is a veteran, retired civil servant, and community activist running for the Baltimore City Republican Central Committee in Councilmanic District 10. A Baltimore native, he enlisted in the Maryland Air National Guard in high school. He earned degrees in mechanical engineering from UMBC, computer science from UMES, and a master's in strategic intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College. As the past Republican nominee for State Senate District 46 and Baltimore City Council President, Digman advocates for lower property taxes, stronger public safety measures, and transparent government accountability.
