Emmanuel Digman

Emmanuel Digman is a Republican candidate for Maryland's State Senate in Legislative District 46. A resident of the Curtis Bay community, Digman is a military veteran and a retired civil servant. His educational background includes a master's degree in Strategic Intelligence, dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Science, and an associate degree in Engineering. Digman's political experience includes serving as a member of the Baltimore City Republican Central Committee. He was the Republican nominee for the District 46 State Senate seat in 2022 and also ran for Baltimore City Council President in 2024. He is involved in his church and local veterans organizations.
