His professional experience includes 15 years as a secondary school teacher and administrator, 13 years as a high school coach, and six years as an athletic director. He has also served as an adjunct instructor at Central Carolina Community College. In 2022, he was elected to the Lee County Board of Education. He is the President and CEO of EDJE Consulting Group, LLC.
