Erica Weir

Erica Weir is a third-generation Everett resident who graduated from Everett High School, Everett Community College, and the University of Washington. Her background includes being a former downtown business owner, a Scott Paper mill worker, and a pre-school teacher. For the past 25 years, she has worked at the Village Theatre in various roles and is currently the General Manager of the Everett Performing Arts Center. She serves on the Downtown Everett Association Board of Directors and the Creative District Advisory Board. Weir has also volunteered with the Everett Music Initiative, Everett Public Schools, and the Snohomish County Point in Time count.
