Erick Harris is an incumbent Republican State Representative for Oklahoma's 39th District, serving since February 2024. A lifelong Oklahoman, he lives in Edmond with his wife and two children. Harris is a Muscogee Nation citizen and holds a Juris Doctor, having previously worked as an attorney, served on the Oklahoma Department of Corrections Board, and taught as an adjunct professor. He is currently Assistant Majority Whip and leads judiciary committees. Harris champions public safety, authoring the Due Process Protection Act of 2026. He advocates for pro-life, pro-family values, parental choice in education, and pro-business, limited government policies. He is seeking re-election to continue fighting for conservative principles and Edmond families.
