Eva Diaz

Eva Diaz is an incumbent State Senator for Arizona's 22nd Legislative District, a position she has held since January 2023 after being elected in 2022. A member of the Democratic Party, she is currently seeking re-election to the Arizona State Senate in the 2026 Primary Election. With nearly three decades of experience in Arizona's education system and a PhD in Education from Arizona State University, Diaz is a ranking member of the Arizona Senate Education Committee. She is a vocal advocate for ensuring living wages for all public education workers.
