Felix Gonzales has been a resident of the Village of Milan for over 50 years. He was born and raised in Peñasco, New Mexico, and is a graduate of Peñasco High School. Immediately after high school, he was drafted into the United States military, where he served as a squad leader and was promoted to sergeant. Gonzales retired from Continental Divide Electrical Cooperative in 2013. His career in public service includes serving as a Village of Milan Trustee from 2014 to 2018 and as Mayor from 2018 to the present.
