Francisco E. Paulino is a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, representing the 16th Essex District (Lawrence and Methuen) since January 4, 2023. Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, he immigrated to the United States in 2000. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mount Washington College with a BA in Criminal Justice (2012) and earned a Juris Doctor and Tax LLM from Suffolk University Law School (2016). He is a tax lawyer and business consultant, founder of Madison Tax LLC and Madison Mortgage Inc., and formerly served on the Lawrence Public Schools School Committee (2016–2018).
