Frank A Lyall is a lifelong resident of Grandview, Washington. He graduated from Grandview Senior High School, Wenatchee Valley Community College, and the University of Utah with a degree in Political Science. He is a farmer, growing apples, cherries, and Concord grapes with his family in Grandview, Prosser, and Mattawa. Lyall is the past President of the Yakima County Farm Bureau and a workgroup member of the Yakima County Voluntary Stewardship Program. He was first appointed as a Port Commissioner for District 3 in March 2019 and was subsequently elected in November 2019. He currently serves as the Port Commission's President.
