Frank Carroll is an incumbent Republican State Senator representing Arizona's District 28. A former member of the Arizona House of Representatives from 2019-2023, he was first elected to the Senate in 2022 and re-elected in 2024, currently serving as Senate Majority Whip. Born in Chicago, he later moved to Arizona and became involved with the Republican Party. Carroll, a retired Christian constitutional conservative, champions private property rights, election integrity, and a strong US-Taiwan relationship. He advocates against government overreach and previously supported legislation to classify abortion as first-degree murder. He is seeking re-election in the 2026 Republican primary for District 28.
