Frank Eshpeter

Frank Eshpeter is a five-year resident of Westport and a retiree with a career in public schools. He worked for 20 years as a facilities operations manager with the Highline School District and seven years as the assistant director of construction with the Puyallup School District. His public service experience includes serving as a volunteer fire chief and fire commissioner for two fire districts in Pierce County. He is also a member of Westport's civil service commission. Additionally, Eshpeter has been the president and a board member of the South King County chapter of Puget Sound Anglers and the Coastal Conservation Association. He was appointed to fill the vacant Position 5 on the Westport City Council in May 2024.
