Frank Owens is a candidate for Town of Mooresville Commissioner Ward 03 in Mooresville, North Carolina — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Frank Owens is a Mooresville native and a graduate of Mooresville Senior High School. He previously served two terms on the Mooresville Board of Commissioners. Owens had a 30-year career with the Mooresville Police Department, retiring with the rank of Captain. He is a recipient of the Order of the Long Leaf Pine, North Carolina's highest civilian honor, for his service to the town and state. Currently, he serves as the chairman of the Mooresville Rescue Squad Foundation. He was also inducted into the Iredell County Sports Hall of Fame in 2024.
