Frank Pallone Jr. is the U.S. Representative for New Jersey's 6th Congressional District, having first been elected to Congress in 1988. He serves as the Ranking Member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Prior to his congressional service, Pallone served on the Long Branch City Council and in the New Jersey State Senate. He holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College, a master's degree from Tufts University, and a J.D. from Rutgers University.
