Frank Pierson

Frank Pierson is a long-time resident of the Spokane area, moving to what would become Spokane County Water District #3 in 1983. He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School and earned a degree in business marketing from Eastern Washington University. His early career was with the Boy Scouts of America in Everett, WA, and Honolulu, HI. He returned to Spokane and joined a construction firm, later starting and running several businesses in the Spokane Valley before retiring. He has been a commissioner with the district since 1989.
