Fred Brink is a candidate for Mayor of the City of West Richland in West Richland, Washington — 2025 General Election. Running as Nonpartisan.

Fred Brink is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and served as a surface warfare officer for six years. He then had a 25-year career with the FBI, including assignments as Legal Attache to the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Special Agent in Charge for the State of Mississippi. After retiring from the FBI in 2009, he managed the counterintelligence program at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for 10 years. Brink has served on the West Richland City Council since January 2018 and as Mayor Pro Tem since January 2020. He was elected president of the Association of Washington Cities (AWC) in June 2025.
