Fred Gaitan has a 35-year career in retail management, including senior leadership roles. After retiring from retail, he worked as a Senior Account Executive at United Way of Snohomish County. He and his wife Patricia moved to Snohomish after their children were grown, and he designed and acted as the general contractor for their home on Lincoln Avenue, giving him firsthand experience with city processes.
