Fred Gillings has served as a judge for the Marysville Municipal Court since October 2004. He was first appointed and was later elected to his first four-year term. Prior to becoming a judge, he had a 20-year career as an attorney. The Marysville Municipal Court, where he presides, has jurisdiction over misdemeanors, traffic infractions, and code violations for the cities of Marysville and Lake Stevens.
