Fred Rodarte

Fred Rodarte was born in Llano, New Mexico, and moved to Grants at age 11. He graduated from Grants High School in 1968 and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. After his honorable discharge, he worked for and retired from United Parcel Service after 30 years. Rodarte has a long history of community involvement, including founding and pastoring a local church, serving as a pastor at another church for four years, and hosting a weekly radio show for over 30 years. His political career includes serving as a Probate Judge and a previous 10-year tenure on the Grants City Council, during which he was Mayor Pro Tem for six years. He is currently serving on the City Council.
