Fred Wellman is not currently running for office on Civoren.
Fred Wellman's campaign has reported raising $1,155,880 and spending $913,662 to the Federal Election Commission.
Fred Wellman, a retired U.S. Army aviator with 22 years of service and four combat tours, is seeking the Democratic nomination for Missouri’s 2nd Congressional District in 2026. A Wildwood resident and host of the "On Democracy" podcast, he previously served as executive director of The Lincoln Project. Wellman supports expanding healthcare access, bolstering veterans' welfare, and protecting Social Security and Medicare. He is running because he believes the district deserves a representative who listens and acts for working families, sharply criticizing the recent redistricting effort and incumbent Rep. Ann Wagner for supporting it and allegedly enriching herself.
