Gabriel Cervantes was born and raised in Thornton, Colorado, and graduated from Thornton High School. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2024. His professional background includes extensive experience in the food service industry, progressing from a tipped worker to a general manager, and roles in operations, currently as an Operations Associate at Charles Schwab. Cervantes also serves on the Thornton TASCHO Board and is the Director of Operations for the Six-Siblings Foundation. A Democrat, he is running for the Colorado House of Representatives District 31, driven by a commitment to his community and a desire to be a compassionate descendant and honorable ancestor.
