A community organizer born in Fairfield, California, and a Smoky Hill High School graduate, she has built her career fighting inequitable systems and advocating for Coloradans. Ozols helped pass economic reforms at the State Capitol, led coalitions for FAMLI leave and worker accommodations, and protected workers from harassment. She also directed a campaign for abortion rights in the Colorado State Constitution. Ozols is running to protect Colorado from federal overreach, championing women and working people, informed by personal challenges.
