Professionally, he is a Senior Pastor and has previous experience as a Human Resources Manager and Event/Restaurant Manager. He holds a business degree from Irwin Technical College and an ordination with Global University/Ascend International. Niles is also involved in community service as a director and secretary for international ministries and is a local artist. He and his wife have seven children and nine grandchildren.
