George Long was appointed to the Taos SWCD Board of Supervisors in October 2016. He serves as a wildlife biologist for the Carson National Forest and has extensive knowledge in conservation and natural resources. He resides in Las Colonias, north of Taos, and serves as an at-large representative for all areas of Taos County.
