George R. Moraitis Jr. is a real estate attorney and former member of the Florida House of Representatives, having served from 2010 to 2018. A Fort Lauderdale native, he graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as a submarine warfare officer in the U.S. Navy and the Navy Reserve. Moraitis earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a partner at the law firm Moraitis, Karney, Moraitis, & Quailey and a Republican candidate for the U.S. House.
