Glen Bachman

Glen Bachman is a U.S. Army and Vietnam War veteran who has served as the Port of Everett Commissioner for District 3 since his appointment in 2013. He was subsequently elected in 2013 and re-elected in 2019. His professional background includes over 35 years in retail, real estate, and asset management. He served as General Manager of the Everett Mall for six years and spent 24 years at Kemper Development as Vice President of Retail Facilities and Retail Operations, where he oversaw properties like the Bellevue Collection. Bachman holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Everett Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing from Eastern Washington University. He also holds several professional certifications, including Retail Property Executive and Shopping Center Manager. He is active on numerous executive boards, including the Washington Public Ports Association and the Puget Sound Regional Council.
