Glenn Webb is a Democratic candidate for the Utah House of Representatives, District 73, in the 2026 election. A prominent figure in Southern Utah music circles, he is the Associate Dean for the College of the Arts and an Assistant Professor of Percussion and Jazz at Utah Tech University, where he was also the founding chair of the Music Department. Born and raised in St. George, Utah, Webb is a leading New Music percussionist, co-artistic director of Grand Circle New Music, and artistic director of the St. George Jazz Festival. He serves on the St. George Arts Commission and the Washington County RAP Tax board. He holds music degrees from UNLV, University of Utah, and Weber State University.
