Dr. Grant Campbell is a physician and a retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel. Raised in North Carolina, he graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with both an undergraduate degree and a medical degree. Following the events of 9/11, he served as a military doctor, completing three tours in the Middle East. After retiring from the army, he returned to private medical practice. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the N.C. State Board of Community Colleges and is on the Board of Directors for the UNC General Alumni Association and The Independence Fund. He won the election for North Carolina House of Representatives District 83 on November 5, 2024, with his term beginning on January 1, 2025.
