Grayson Benjamin Lookner

Grayson B. Lookner is a three-term incumbent in the Maine House of Representatives, currently serving District 113. A Democrat and member of Democratic Socialists of America, he is running for re-election in 2026. Raised in Camden and now residing in Portland, his background includes work as an EMT, wilderness guide, behavioral health professional, and community organizer. He attended Prescott College and Yavapai College. Lookner champions economic and environmental justice, restorative justice, and reducing big money in politics. His legislative priorities include affordable housing, health care, and climate change mitigation, and he has worked to regulate facial surveillance technology and reform youth justice. He serves on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee and the Joint Standing Committee on Housing and Economic Development.
