Incumbent Republican State Representative Greg Overstreet, representing Montana House District 88 (Stevensville and Florence), is seeking re-election in 2026. In his freshman 2025 legislative session, he championed bills restoring Stevensville's water rights and establishing rodeo as Montana's state sport, while opposing legislation restricting new water wells. Overstreet is pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, and advocates for property tax reform. An enrolled citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Indian Nation, he follows the legacy of his legislator great-grandfather. Overstreet also serves as the Town Attorney for Stevensville, is an active community member, a Christian, and is married with a step-son.
