Greg Wheeler is the current and two-term Mayor of Bremerton, first elected in 2018. He is a lifelong resident of the city, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a retiree from the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard's Engineering Department. Prior to his mayoralty, he served on the Bremerton City Council for eight years, including three terms as Council President. Wheeler holds an MBA from Brandman University and a BA from Chapman University. He is active in several local organizations, including the Bremerton Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs.
