Gregory Stephen Vitali is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 166 since 1993. Prior to his election, Vitali practiced law in Delaware County for 12 years as a solo practitioner and taught state and local government at Villanova University. In the state legislature, he serves as the Democratic chair of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee. Vitali earned his bachelor's degree in economics and his J.D. from Villanova University.
