Guy Glenn, Jr. previously served as the manager of the Port of Ilwaco from 2013 to 2021, and also managed the Port of Chinook starting in 2016. Since 2023, he has been the Executive Finance Manager for the Port of Columbia County in Oregon. He holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. Glenn has also been a board member of the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association.
