Hailey Rarden was born and raised in Washington State and moved to Kittitas County full-time in 2013. She graduated from Cle Elum Roslyn High School and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University in 2017. While in college, she obtained her real estate license in 2015 and works as a real estate agent with The Rarden Team at RE/MAX Integrity. She has served on the Easton School Board since 2023 and is involved in state and local REALTOR® associations.
