    “First, we will overhaul "justice". The Bible says that arresting someone is in itself a capital crime. Look up what that means. So we will STOP arresting people and use effective means of justice. ... We have to be TOUGH on crime. But since we are Christian we have to also offer a way for people to reform, which we are awful at doing.”
