Harry Scott Conklin is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 77th legislative district, a position he has held since 2007. Prior to his election to the state legislature, Conklin served as a Centre County Commissioner from 1999 to 2006. In the House, he has served as the Majority Chairman of the Commerce Committee. Before entering politics, he owned a carpentry business and currently co-owns an antique mall in Philipsburg.
