Heather A. Bagnall

Heather A. Bagnall is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 33C in Anne Arundel County since her election in 2019. Within the legislature, she has served as chair of the Public Health and Minority Health Disparities Subcommittee of the Health and Government Operations Committee, establishing herself as a prominent advocate for mental health and substance use care. Before entering politics, Bagnall had an extensive career in the arts as an educator, administrator, and playwright. She is the co-founder and artistic director of Tasty Monster Productions. Bagnall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in theatre performance from Towson University.
