Heather Boyd is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 163 in Delaware County. First elected in a 2023 special election, she previously worked as Chief of Staff to State Rep. Leanne Krueger and District Director for Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon. Boyd also served on the Upper Darby School Board from 2015 to 2018. She earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan and master's degrees from James Madison University and the University of Delaware.
