Heather Fulcher is a fifth-generation Monroe resident and a local business owner of the Monroe Coffee Company. She was first elected to the City Council in 2019 and was re-elected in 2023. Prior to her council position, she served on the city's Planning Commission and the Economic Development Advisory Board. Fulcher has also been active in various community organizations, including the Lions Club, Monroe Community Senior Center Board, and Rotary. She is running for Mayor in the 2025 election.
