Heather L Hart

Heather Hart is a Democratic candidate for the South Carolina House of Representatives, District 66, representing Fort Mill and Tega Cay. She and her family moved to the area six years ago. Hart is an educator, author, and community advocate with a background in political science and psychology. She has professional experience as a small business owner, in data analysis, and managing organizational systems, and most recently served as a substitute teacher. Hart is running to bring unifying leadership to Columbia, build bipartisan support, and protect her fast-growing community's interests. Her platform focuses on strengthening public safety, fixing roads and traffic, investing in public education, and addressing affordability for families.
