Heather Logan

Heather Logan is the incumbent for City Council Position 1, having been appointed in September 2021 and elected in January 2022. She has been a resident of Arlington for 30 years and works as a Communications Consultant. She holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from the City University of Seattle. Her community involvement includes serving as treasurer for Citizens for Arlington Schools, a member of the City of Arlington Parks, Arts and Recreation Commission, and president of the Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce.
