Hector Olmo

Hector Olmo is a current Council Member for Cresskill Borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, with his term expiring in 2026. He also serves as the Borough Administrator for Paramus, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Olmo was Borough Administrator for Wallington and an FAIU Investigator with the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office. He retired as a Traffic Officer from the Tenafly Police Department after a long career. Olmo is active in community service, holding the role of Vice Commander for the Bergen County American Legion. He serves on Cresskill's Finance, Public Works, and Sanitation committees, and acts as a liaison to the Community Center, Municipal Pool Commission, and Recreation Committee. He speaks Spanish.
