Herschel L. Brown

Dr. Herschel Brown is an emergency physician and educator running in the Democratic primary for Oklahoma House District 99 in 2026. A graduate of Northwest Classen High School and the University of Oklahoma, he completed his medical residency at Emory University. After practicing in Georgia and Texas, he returned to Oklahoma City, where he serves as an attending physician and associate professor at OU Health.
