Howard Sapp is a retired Air Traffic Controller, ordained minister, and gospel artist native to Fort Myers, Florida. He spent 30 years with the Federal Aviation Administration and currently serves as the CEO of the Source of Light and Hope Development Center, a non-profit aiding at-risk foster youth. A community leader in Southwest Florida, Sapp previously ran for the Florida House of Representatives in 2022 and 2024. He is running as a Democratic candidate for U.S. House in Florida's 19th Congressional District.
