Ian Patrick is a licensed architect who owns an architecture firm with his wife, Erin. He earned two architecture degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Patrick was appointed to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners to fill a vacant seat in late 2025. Prior to his appointment, he served on the Harrisburg Town Council from 2019 to 2023 and was reappointed in March 2024. His public service includes roles on the American Institute of Architects, the United States Green Building Council, and the Town of Harrisburg Board of Adjustment.
