Ian Thomas Baltutis served as the Mayor of Burlington for three terms, from 2015 to 2021. He is an entrepreneur and inventor at The Vibration Solution, LLC. Baltutis graduated from Elon University in 2008 with a B.S. in Business Administration. After his mayoral terms, he pursued studies in City Planning and Public Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a general contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction.
