Indony Pierre Jean Baptiste is a Democratic candidate for Governor of Florida in the 2026 election. He currently serves as a minister and as the CEO and General Manager of the Haitian Foundation Lending Hand. Previously, Jean Baptiste worked as a detention deputy at the Indian River County Sheriff's Office from 2006 to 2008. In addition to his gubernatorial campaign, he has also sought local offices, including St. Lucie County Sheriff and the Port St. Lucie City Council.
