Isabelle Kerner was born and raised in Seattle. She earned an Associate's Degree from Seattle Central College while in high school through the 'Running Start' program and later graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. While in D.C., she interned for Washington State Senator Maria Cantwell. She owns and operates her own private investigation agency and is a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). She previously ran for Seattle City Council in 2019 and 2023.
