J.C. Moore, also known as Jesse C. Moore, is a Republican politician who previously served one term in the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 93 from 2019 to 2020. During his tenure, he sponsored legislation on voter registration, healthcare restrictions, and mental health access. He also introduced a bill to abolish the death penalty. Moore's policy positions advocate for fully funding education, special education, and early childhood programs, as well as developing renewable energy. He supports medical marijuana, limiting co-pays for essential medications, and achieving property tax relief by re-evaluating tax breaks for the wealthy and corporations.
