J. Sandy Bartlett

J. Sandy Bartlett is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 32 since her assumption of office on January 9, 2019. Prior to her election to the legislature, Bartlett worked as an intellectual property attorney and was an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree awarded by Howard University and a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America. Within the Maryland General Assembly, Bartlett serves as a member of the Judiciary Committee and has previously held the position of chair for the Anne Arundel County Delegation, demonstrating her leadership within the legislative body.
